What documents do I need to rent a luxury vehicle?

You'll need a valid driver's license (Singaporean or International Driving Permit), passport or NRIC for identification, and a credit card for the security deposit. All drivers must be at least 25 years old with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability and allow time for personalized preparation. For Golden Hour Convertible and Full Cycle experiences during weekends or public holidays, we suggest booking 5-7 days ahead.

What's included in the rental price?

All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage, delivery and collection within central Singapore, fuel for the specified mileage, and the amenities described in each service tier. Additional mileage beyond the package allowance is available at a modest per-kilometer rate.

Can I extend my rental period?

Extensions are possible subject to vehicle availability. For Daylight Drive and Golden Hour experiences, we can often accommodate same-day extensions with a few hours notice. Full Cycle rentals require at least 24 hours advance notice for extensions.

Do you offer chauffeur services?

While our standard service is self-drive, we can arrange professional chauffeur service for any of our vehicles with 48 hours notice. This is particularly popular for airport transfers, evening events, and business engagements where parking might be challenging.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental receive a full refund. Between 24-48 hours, a 50% refund applies. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, though we can offer credit toward a future rental if you contact us directly.
